Dr. Eyad Bitar is a full time Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and a Neonatologist. He joined the Department of Pediatrics at Queen's December 1, 2023. Dr. Eyad Bitar completed his Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine training, Targeted Neonatal Echocardiography and Hemodynamics training at the University of Alberta. His passion lies in education and research, primarily emphasizing neonatal hemodynamics and integrating multimodal assessment tools (ex: POCUS and NIRS) in clinical practice. Dr. Bitar's academic pursuits extend to a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology, which he completed at the University of Alberta. Dr. Bitar enjoys various hobbies including sports, music, and delving into technology and AI exploration.
