Dr. Al Ammary embarked on her medical journey, earning her basic medical degree in 2003, followed by a pediatric residency at Damascus University/Children’s Hospital. Her commitment to excellence led her to achieve a Master's degree in Pediatrics. In 2018, driven by a determination to pursue her career goals, Dr. Al Ammary and her family immigrated to Canada.
In Canada, Dr. Al Ammary distinguished herself by completing a Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship at the University of Manitoba. Demonstrating her dedication to advancing her expertise, she recently completed a subspecialty program in POCUS/Targeted Neonatal Echocardiography and Hemodynamics.
Currently worked as a House Medical Officer in Winnipeg NICUs in Manitoba, Dr. Al Ammary brings her passion for neonatal POCUS, neonatal hemodynamics, and the implementation of ultrasound-guided procedures to the forefront. Her commitment extends beyond clinical practice, as she actively engages in workshop-based education.
