Bassem Elattal

Dr. Bassem Elattal is a full time assistant professor in the Queen's Department of Pediatrics (Neonatal-Perinatal medicine). Dr. Elattal completed his medical school in Egypt, and completed his Neonatal-Perinatal fellowship in the University of Toronto.
Dr. Elattal is renowned for his expertise in point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS), with a particular focus on interventional POCUS and vascular access in neonates.
